is an experienced project manager, researcher and fundraiser in the not-for-profit sector in Ireland and abroad. She spent many years working in the disability sector and de-institutionisation projects in Moldova and Romania, representing Comber Foundation on the Dóchas Disability and International Development working group. More recently she co-ordinated the establishment of the Eastern Europe Aid & Development Network (EEADN), bringing together 50+ Irish charities working in Eastern Europe. She has also worked as a independent consultant, including mapping undocumented and asylum seeking populations on behalf of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and evaluating PEACE III training in Leitrim/Fermanagh. Frances has a MSc in Applied Social Research from Trinity College Dublin, and a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Commercial Management.
