Phil provides facilitation planning and consultancy services to development options and clients as required. Frank’s considerable experience in Community Development and Facilitation is an invaluable resource to development options, and has enhanced the quality of specific projects, including facilitation processes for the Eastern European Aid & Development Network and Plan Ireland and a range of tailored capacity building community development courses. Frank is a visiting lecturer at Kimmage Development Studies Centre.

>He teaches courses in Leadership, Group-work and Facilitation. He is a staff member of Partners (Training for Transformation), an Irish-based Community Education/Development organisation. He is co-author of Partners Intercultural Companion to Training for Transformation. He has for over 25 years been working with a wide variety groups, organisations and communities engaged in development and learning, in Ireland and Internationally, including in Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Tanzania and Zambia. Besides leadership, group-work and the art and craft of facilitation, he is very interested in the design of participatory learning events, story, and the promotion of intercultural learning.
